Homemade Chicken Nuggets - TastyPlanner.com

A more healthy way to eat your nuggets! My kids love them.
Ingredients
1 pound chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 cup crushed ritz crackers (or pretzels, or cheerios, whatever you have on hand)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine crackers, cheese and seasoning in gallon size ziplock bag. Add chicken and shake to cover. Put onto baking pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 375 for 20 min or until no longer pink. Serve with ketchup!

Added some garlic salt, pepper, and paprika to season, everything else prepared according to recipe. So easy to make, and so delicious!!!
Pretty good but I think the other poster is on to something by adding some more seasoning.
I used CheesIts. Fantastic!
I also added some seasonings: garlic salt & onion powder. The cheese adds a nice flavor to the nuggets and it was very easy to make. I’ll definitely be making them again soon.
I used CheesIts as well and followed suggestions from the comments: 1T garlic salt, 1T onion powder. I found that because CheesIts were already high in salt that the garlic salt made them taste too salty. I would substitute the garlic salt for garlic powder instead.
We absolutely loved the recipe and are excited to try different types of crackers. It’s definitely cheaper too than buying boxed chicken nuggets and the cook-time is less too.
