Honey mustard adds a pungent yet sweet taste to this simple pan-fried salmon. Add a sage garnish to reach that additional height of flavor.
Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets
3 tbsp. spicy mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp lemon juice
6 leaves fresh sage
3 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
Mix mustard, honey and lemon juice in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sautée garlic until brown. Add salmon and cook until opaque.
Spoon sauce over salmon and garnish with fresh sage. Serving suggestion: serve with fresh roasted asparagus.
