Honeyed Chicken - TastyPlanner.com
A light, tart sweet sauce glazes baked chicken breasts.

2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 whole skinless, boneless,halved chicken breasts
1. In a small frying pan, toast sesame seeds over medium high heat, shaking pan often, until golden (about 3 minutes). Transfer to a small bowl and add honey, sherry, mustard, and lemon juice, stir until blended.
2.Arrange chicken breasts, slightly apart, in a 9by 13 inch baking pan. Drizzle with honey mixture. Bake in a 400 degree oven, basting several times with sauce, until meat in thickest part is no longer pink; cut to test (15 to 20 minutes). Transfer chicken to individual plates. Offer with any remaining sauce.
