Hot Fish Sandwiches - TastyPlanner.com

Hot crumbed fish fillet sandwiches, with salad.
Ingredients
2 fillets crumbed fish
4 slices bread
4 - 6 lettuce leaves
half green capsicum
half small red onion
sliced cheese
tartare sauce
Instructions
Prepare lettuce by washing. Pat dry, and set aside. Rinse and slice green capsicum and red onion.
Grill crumbed fish on both sides until golden and cooked through, approx 10 minutes per side. When fish is nearing the end of it’s cooking time, lightly toast bread, and put onto a plate.
Arrange lettuce, capsicum and sliced onion on one half of toasted bread, to taste. Add grilled fish, and top with cheese. Generously spread tartare sauce on the other slices of toast, and top to create two sandwiches.
