Ingredients
2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
1 32 ounce package potatoes, shredded and frozen
1 10.75 ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingrediants in a large bowl. Pour into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add crushed crackers and saute until toasted. Sprinkle the cheese and then the crackers on top of the casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
