Ingredients
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1/4 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease 10" pie plate. Mix 2 cups cheese & the macaroni; sprinkle in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheese, until smooth in blender on high. Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. About 40 min. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 1-2 min. Cool 10 min.
