2 lb grilled chicken breast
3 cup meatless tomato sauce
6 oz Provolone cheese
Italian herb mix
3 cup cooked couscous
60 grilled asparagus spears
Top 5oz chicken with 1/2 cup sauce and 1 oz cheese. Bake or broil until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with herb mix. Serve with 1/2 cup couscous and 10 spears of asparagus.
