This is an easy Guacamole. I would recommend that you save the pits for the Avocados and place them in the container with the Guacamole in order to prevent the Guacamole from turning brown. Also, when using tupperware, place plastic wrap directly on Guacamole in order to minimize air exposure.
Ingredients
2 avacados
3 Tbsp Cilantro
2 Tbsp Red Onions - Minced
2 Tbsp Roma Tomato - Chopped
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Instructions
1. Cut avocados in half. Remove seeds, and place to the side. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.
2. Using a fork, mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, & tomato.
3. Add kosher salt to taste.
4. Serve chilled.
Optional: When storing or transporting keep pits in the container with plastic wrap directly on Guacamole in order to minimize air exposure.
