Ingredients
1 whole wheat hamburger bun
2 tbsp low fat mayonaise
3 oz extra lean cooked hamburger
2 thick slices tomato
3 leaves lettuce
4 oz baked potato
2 tbsp fat-free sour cream
3/4 cup steamed green beans
1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spread hamburger bun with mayonaise, add cooked extra lean burger, top with tomato and lettuce. On the side top baked potato with sour cream and cheese. Serve with steamed green beans.
