Salad

Ingredients
1 lb skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 pinches of salt
1 tbspn black pepper
1 1/2 tbspn red wine vinegar
apple vinegar just a little
1 tbspn of olive oil
1 can of whole corn
1 Can of Kidney Beans
romaine lettuce cut salad size
4 tomatoes cut into cubes
1/2 a cucumber sliced
1 box of Rice a Roni herb rice
1 packet of McCormick's Chicken taco
Hidden Valley Ranch- Spicy Ranch dressing- add to individual salad
3 sliced jalepenos
1 jar of Pace Salsa ( hot or medium depends on how hot you want it)
Instructions
1.Follow the instructions on the Rice a Roni box.
2. In a large bowl, add salt, pepper, olive oil,apple vinegar, red wine vinegar to the chicken. Let it marinate while the George Foreman grill is warming up ( 15 minutes) or you could grill it.
3. Let chicken cook on the grill until done.
4. Put rice in bottom of serving bowl and let sit.
5.Mix in Kidney beans to salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and romaine lettuce.
6. Mix in can of corn in salad.
7. Mix in jalepenos in salad.
8. When chicken is done add salad to serving bowl and top with the chicken, salsa, and Spicy Ranch dressing
9. Eat!!!!!!!!
