This is my lazy way to make my favorite Mexican dish

Ingredients
1 poblano or anaheim pepper
Fiesta blend cheese
1 Eggroll wrapper
season salt
Cumin
paprika
chili powder
Peanut Oil
bit of water
Instructions
Seed and clean pepper. Mix season salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder to taste. Sprinkle spice mix onto eggroll wrapper. Place pepper in center of wrapper, stuff with cheese, and sprinkle with more spice mix. Roll up like an eggroll. Use a bit of water to seal wrapper shut. Fry in peanut oil.
