Lemon Pepper Salmon - TastyPlanner.com

This wondeful seafoof dish goes great with a salad for summer or squash for winter.
Ingredients
1/2 Lb Salmon (any cut is fine)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 Tsp Lemon Pepper
Instructions
Heat oven broiler or grill
Coat Fish with Olive oil, using brush or spoon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper (both sides if using salmon steaks.)
Cook salmon under broiler or on grill 10-15 minutes or until center of salmon is cooked as you desire.
