Delicious! Instead of the saffron yogurt (wouldn’t you know, I’m fresh out of saffron) I added some curry powder and cardamon to the onions while they were cooking… fantastic!

This is the best thing I’ve ever made. I did, however, add a few things: garlic, red pepper flakes, a pinch of stevia, a teaspoon of fish sauce (I add it to virtually everything) and a splash of hot sauce. I loved the saffron yogurt, but one could use plain yogurt or yogurt with a bit of lemon.
