Macaroni and Cheese - TastyPlanner.com
Growing up my grandmother used to make this for all us kids, and it was the best mac and cheese to have.
5 lbs of Sharp Cheese (i use xtra sharp)
2 cups Flower(for Thickness)
6 cups of Milk (i use whole milk any can be used though)
use sharp cheese, cut up into cubes then put into a pan about 1-1.5 lbs of cheese is good. I like mine real cheesy. Cover with milk and stir till its melted. then thicken with flour and milk mixture. pour over macaroni bake till crispy or just warm through which ever way you like it.
