A typical Finnish soup with vegetables and of cousre, lovely Finnish sausage. The sausage used in this soup is Finnish, but I’m sure any sausage will work just fine, too.
Ingredients
6 medium-sized potatoes
2 large sausages
1 onion
1 Red Pepper
1 meat stock cube

200 g bag of frozen soup vegetables, or fresh alternative
200 g bag of frozen root vegetables, or fresh alternative
1 pinch of pepper
Instructions
Wash and chop the potatoes into 2cm cubes. Add to boiling water.
Chop up the sausages and onions into small pieces and add to the pan. Stir.
Chop up the red pepper and add to the pan along with the meat stock. Stir.
Add in the frozen vegetables (just chop up any vegetables into you would like into small pieces as an alternative). Stir.
Add pepper to taste and stir.
Leave to boil until potatoes are soft.
