Yummy crab cakes straight from the source
Ingredients
1 lb backfin or lump crabmeat
6 slices toasted bread(crustless)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except butter.(Make sure bread is toasted very well and cut into very small pieces)
Dot each crabcake with butter and broil until golden brown.
