A hearty cheese dip
1 lb lean hamburger
1 brick velveeta cheese
1 can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
Spices: onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, red pepper
Brown hamburger, adding spices to preference (I like a lot of spices)
Drain hamburger. Add cooked hamburger, cheese, soup, and rotel to a big pot. Melt it all together over a medium-low heat until it is well mixed.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
