Super easy!
Ingredients
3 Italian Meatballs
1/4 cup Basic Tomato Sauce
1 hoagie roll, about 6 inches long
2 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Warm up the meatballs in the sauce in a covered microwaveable bowl or on the stovetop.
2. Cut a 1-inch V-shaped notch out of the top of the hoagie roll and discard. Remove some of the roll’s interior to form a pocket so the meatballs can fit easily.
3. Arrange the meatballs in the roll, cover with sauce, top with mozzarella, and put on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4. Place under the heated broiler until cheese is melty and golden and bread is toasty around the edges, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Omg just got done with this one, I subed the cheese and melted Velveeta in a measuring cup and poured over the hoagies after sauce and walmart precooked metaballs and sprinkled with Parmesan, baked the bread with butter just til’ melted, cause i like soft bread. I sauteed onions and bell pepper for the boyfriend and put jalapeno’s in melted cheese for him. they could only east 1 sandwich but said they loved it, my family is picky so it was great to cook something they all would eat and put and hurting on them til they couldn’t eat anymore.
