Quick and easy guilt free tacos.

Ingredients
4 corn torillas
1 bit of vegetable oil
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 bit of lime juice
1/2 bag Quorn Meatless Crumbles
1 bit of cumin
1 bit of taco sauce
1 bit of paprika
1 bit of chili powder
1 bit of garlic powder
1 bit of onion powder
1 bit of kosher salt
1 avocado
1 jalapeno, diced
1 bit of lettuce, chopped
Instructions
This goes really quick with 2 people, I usually get my boyfriend to fry tortillas while I do the rest.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry each tortilla and place between paper towels.
Heat beans on stovetop and add some lime juice for extra tanginess.
In a separate frying pan, place frozen meatless crumbles and some vegetable oil (I usually just use enough so that the crumbles stay moist and soak up the spices). Once the crumbles have thawed a bit add the spices and taco sauce to taste.
Dice the jalapeno, chop the lettuce and cut the avocado while the crumbles cook.
Assemble and add hot sauce…YUUUUMMM
