Chicken, spinach, feta cheese, fresh tomatoes with pesto sauce pizza.

Ingredients
1/4 cup Italian dressing (enough to cover chicken)
2/3 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 wheat crust (Boboli brand)
2 tbsp pesto (Classico brand)
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup grated Mozzerella cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan asiago mix
1 container feta cheese (tomato basil)
1 medium tomato, chopped
Instructions
Wash and cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips. Add Italian dressing and cook over medium heat until done. (HINT: don’t overcook the chicken as it will go in the oven)
Place Boboli wheat crust on pizza pan and add 2-3 tbsp of classico pesto. Spread across entire crust. Add spinach and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven and add all cheeses. Finally, top with fresh, chopped tomato and cooked chicken.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
