Ingredients
8 oz. bow tie pasta
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh Cilantro
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well; return to pan.
Toss pasta with cheese and butter until melted. Add salsa, toss to coat. Serve topped with sour cream and cilantro.
