Quick and Healthy Whole Wheat Tortillas, Beans and Cheese

Ingredients
Several whole wheat flour tortillas, cut 3 of them in one fourths
1 small can of reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 8oz container of fat free sour cream
3 cups of low fat or fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of fat free refried beans
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
1 packet of taco seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 11 × 7 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Line the bottom of the dish with a layer of whole wheat tortillas. Use one that you cut in fourths to cover the edges.
In a large bowl combine the soup and sour cream. Mix well.
Spoon ½ of the creamy mixture on top of the tortillas.
In another bowl combine the refried beans, black beans and sprinkle with the taco seasoning. Mix well.
Spread ½ of the bean mixture on top of the creamy mixture.
Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese
Place another layer of whole wheat tortillas on top of the cheese again using one of the tortillas cut in fourths to cover the corners.
Repeat the layering- rest of the creamy mixture, rest of the bean mixture and one cup of cheese.
Place one more layer of tortillas on top.
Cover with the last cup of cheese.
Cover with foil and Bake 25 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
