Mexican Chicken Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

Essentially, chicken enchiladas layered like lasagna. This is a favorite from my childhood.

Ingredients
12 flour tortillas
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (or equivalent of canned chicken or a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from the store)
1 small can of diced green chilies
2 cans of Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup
2 c. white cheese, shredded
1 small can of mushrooms
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, chilies, soup, and mushrooms. Grease layer pan. Lay down 4 tortillas, chicken mixture, then cheese. Repeat. The top layer should be cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven.
