A tasty variation on Stroganoff.

Ingredients
2 lbs. round steak(ground beef works too)
2 T. olive oil
1 c water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 8-oz. can mushrooms
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
3 T flour
1 12-oz. pack wide egg noodles
Instructions
Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Heat saucepan and add oil. When hot, add steak and brown. Drain off oil. Add water, bouillon cubes, salsa, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour until meat is tender. Cook noodles. Stir flour into sour cream; combine with stroganoff. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmerand stir 1 min. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
