These sweet and tasty meatballs are a great crock-pot munchie for football game-day.
1 ea Onion ; chopped
1 ea Green Pepper ; diced
1 can Pineapple Cubes ; (1/2 juice)
1 can Sweet and Sour Sauce ; (Maui brand w/ orange lid)
1 tbsp soy sauce
12 oz Chili or Cocktail Sauce
10 oz Grape Jelly
5 lb Frozen Meat Balls (Should be about 50 balls)
Chop onion and green pepper and place into crock pot.
Add can of pineapple juice and then fill the empty can half-way with water, shake and pour into crock pot.
Add all other ingredients (except meat balls) to crock pot and mix well.
Gently stir in meatballs.
Cover with lid and cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
Serves 10 people about 3 meatballs a piece.
