Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef broth
Dash of cayenne
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1 cup sour cream, room temperature
Instructions
Make gravy with first 5 ingredients, when thickened add sour cream, and serve.
