Ingredients
cooking spray
1 pkg unbaked frozen yeast roll dough
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c firmly packed light brown sugar
10 Tablesoons butter
Instructions
Lightly spray a bundt or tube pan with cooking oil spray. Empty the entire package of rolls into the pan and distribute the top side up evenly in the pan.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the rolls. Scatter the nuts and the brown sugar over the rolls. Slice the butter into 1/2 tablespoon pieces and dot them over all. Cover the pan with plastic wrap, place it tin a cold oven, and leave it for at least 8 hours or as long as overnight.
In the morning, remove he pan from the oven and reheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Uncover the pan, place it in the preheated oven, and bake until the bread is golden brown and slightly bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the bread rest for 10 minutes in the pan. Place a cake plate over the top of the pan and flip upside down so the bread falls onto the plate. If it doesn’t fall out easily, give the pan a shake. Serve warm or at room temperature, plling the individual rolls apart with your fingers.
Cover well with plastic wrap and then with aluminum foil, the bread will keep for 3 days at room temperature.
