Delicious cookies with peanut butter, chocolate chips, M & M’s, and oatmeal.
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
6 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup M&M candies
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add all of the other ingredients one by one, mixing well.
3. Use an ice cream scoop to drop on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
