Nice quick hummas for a side or a snack
Ingredients
2 cans of chick peas
1 roasted red pepper (large)
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 lemon juiced and zested
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
put 4 cloves of garlic in a food procesor and pulse till minced. Next, drain and rince chick peas add to food processor with the tahini,lemon zest and lemon juice, pulse untill blended. Add the roasted red pepper and blend. While blending ingreadents drizzel oil in untill all is smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
serve with pita chips.
