No-bake Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Oat Bars - TastyPlanner.com

3/4 c pure agave nectar
1/4 c xylitol
1/2 c baking cocoa
1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter
1/2 c chunky peanut butter
4 c old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 t pure vanilla
pinch of salt (only if peanut butter is not salted)
In a medium sauce pan mix agave nectar, xylitol and baking cocoa. Add milk and butter. Stir over medium heat, and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, salt and oats. Drop into lined 13×9 baking pan and push into pan until top is relatively even. We like to put ours in the freezer and eat them straight out!
