More like a cake in a pie tin. Especially delicious on a cool fall evening.

Cook time: 30 Min.
Serves: 7
Ingredients
1 1/2 c sugar
1 C flour
2 or 3 dashes of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C apples, diced
1/2 C walnuts, cut up
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs slightly. Mix all together.
Bake in greased LARGE pie tin for 30 min. at 350. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or lemon sauce.
