Ingredients
1/2 c butter
1/2 C pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 t sugar
1 C flour
1 (12oz) pkg cream cheese
1 C cool whip
1 c powdered sugar
3 c milk
1 large pkg Instant chocolate pudding
Instructions
mix first 4 ingredients together. Press in 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar together, spread on first mixture. Mix milk and pudding together; spread on cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle extra pecans on top.
