Ingredients
6 egg whites, beaten until fluffy
.5 C low fat cottage cheese
1 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER
.5 C uncooked oatmeal
.25 c wheat germ
.25 c flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs Canola Oil
cooking spray
Instructions
1) Place all ingredients except egg whites in food processor and blend until mixture is uniform
2) Fold in egg whites until just blended
3) Prepare pan with cooking spray, ladle pancake mixture onto pan and cook until both sides are browned.
