3 oz pine nuts, toasted
3/4 jumbo green olives w/ pimento
1 clove garlic
1 c italian parsley
1 lemon, zested
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c grated parm. chz
1 c evoo (olive oil)
salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
blend all in food processor serve w/ crackers/veggies
