Everything can be accomplished within a microwave using one dish. It’s an easy, fantastic dinner!
Ingredients
4 cups water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon minced onions
1/2 tablespoon celery flakes
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayo or Miracle Whip
2 cups cubed turkey, pork, ham, or chicken
optional:
1/2 cup sunflower nutes
1/4 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions
1. In 3 quart covered casserole dish, cook water, oil, and salt in microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes.
2. Stir in noodles, cook on 50% for 8-10 minutes.
3. Stir in onion, celery flakes, and butter. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. ** add salt, pepper, seasoning to taste.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients (except potato chips). Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top, if desired. Cook at 70% for 8 minutes.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
