Salad dressing used by Damien’s family (O’Brien/Palmer). It will separate when stored in the fridge, so a salad dressing shaker is a convenient storage and serving vehicle.

Ingredients
1/2 cup canola oil or olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker or blender and mix well.
