Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Steak Sauce
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 lb sirloin strips
1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 medium bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
cooking spray
Instructions
1. Seal orange juice, wine, garlic, steak sauce, and pepper in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to blend.
2. Add steak and vegetables; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes, shaking once.
3. Meanwhile, soak four 8-inch wooden skewers in water. Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers.
4. Place kebabs on a grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill about 5 minutes on each side.
