Ingredients
2 eggs
6 dl milk
3 dl flour
a pinch of salt
300 gr minced meat
1 large or 2 small yellow onions
1 bouillon cubes of meat
4 tbsp tomato puree to taste
1-5 cloves garlic (depending on your taste)
1 crushed bay leaf
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
300 gr white cabbage
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons (heaping tablespoons)
pickled salad peppers
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon any kind of seasoned salt, garlic salt ex
Instructions
Mix eggs, and half of the milk and all the flour to a smooth paste, mix in remaining milk, and let it soak for a while.
Peel onions and dice them, crush the garlic in a skillet with olive oil. Fry the onions and then add the minced meat, sear it and then add the chopped tomatoes and puree. Add the spices and let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare your pancakes golden brown, and put them on a plate.
Once you’ve fried all the pancakes, begin and put pancakes in the bottom of a baking pan, add the Bolognese sauce, then pancakes and then the sauce again. The top layer should be pancake. Grate over some cheese, and into the oven for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips either by hand or use a food processor. Blend in the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and boil the marinade, and pour over cabbage. Let steep for at least a few hours, but taste better the next day.
