Came out delicious. I used the flounder and it was awesome. As a variation I also put a little cheese on the top of the fish so that it had a crunchy brown shell. This is a keeper.
Simple and good. I used cod and reduced the mayonnaise.
I used tilapia and fresh basil instead of dried, and this came out great.
wondering if anyone has any suggestions instead of mayo. will probably try some butter or a sour cream mixture but interested to hear any other ideas.
made this tonight and it turned out great. was out of mayo and sour cream so used light miracle whip – surprisingly it worked rather well. added a hint of sweetness to complement the (lemon) basil and oregano. also put cheese on top as a previous poster suggested. this will become a regular dish in our household, my wife who usually doesn’t like fish loved this one.
Very good and easy to make. I use yogurt instead of mayonnaise. I think it tastes even better, and it’s healthier.
