Ingredients
1/2 c pine nuts
2 C flour
1/2 tsp b. powder
1 c parmesan chz
2 T freshly chopped basil leaves
1 egg
1 c milk
3 oz butter, melted
1/4 c bought pesto
1/3 c extra parmesan
Instructions
Toast pine nuts first on baking sheet for few min or in pan on stove, stirring frequently. Mix all dry ingred, then wet, then incorporate all together until moist. Pour in muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle extra chz on top and bake at 400 for 20 min.
