spa snack – 30 calories per serving (24 two piece servings)

6 mini whole wheat pitas
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
optional: oregano or other herbs
Cut pitas into quarters and split.
Lay cut pitas rough side up on cookie sheet, close together.
Sprinkle cheese over pita pieces and bake at 350F for 10 minutes to brown and crisp.
