Pea Puree
Ingredients
4 shallots, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 tbsp Capers
16 oz. frozen peas, thawed
2/3 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
Cook shallots in olive oil until tender. Add garlic and saute until golden. Add peas and heat through. Add capers. Puree the mixture and add vegetable broth until desired consistency is reached.
