Ingredients
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Cup flour
1/3 Cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 Cup packed brown sugar
3/4 Cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 Cup shortening
2 Tbsp. milk
Candy Kisses
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except kisses in large bowl
- Mix at lowest speed until dough forms
- Shape dough into balls and roll into sugar
- Baked on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 10-12 minutes
- Top with candy kisses right after removing from oven
- Makes 2 1/2 dozen
