Ingredients
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cookie sheet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix peanut butter and butter together in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Gradually add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Spoon batter onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with a criss cross mark made using a fork pressed into cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes.
