Serves: 8
Ingredients
1 baked crust in pan
1 large vanilla pudding box, prepared
1/2 c peanut butter
1 C confectionary sugar
Instructions
Work peanut butter into sugar. Spread half into crust. Pour in the pudding.
Chill. When cold (and hopefully firm) spread the rest of peanut bitter mixture on top.
It is best not to let the mixture stand on the pudding too long. It melts.
