Ingredients
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. pepsi
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Chopped Pecans
Instructions
Combine buttermilk with soda and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Bring to a boil the Pepsi, butter and oil.
Melt the marshmallows in the hot liquid.
Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the beaten eggs, pecans and the buttermilk with the soda and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into a well greased floured pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Ice with your favorite icing.
