Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 pieces eye fillet steak
Half cup basil pesto
6 tbs parmesan cheese, shaved
1 Tbs olive Oil
Instructions
Cut into side each steak forming a deep pocket. Mix pest and cheese and spread into pockets. Press closed and drizzle with olive oil. Cook until prefered doneness, rest for 5 – 10 mins and then cut into beef strips to serve.
