Classic combination of Mexican flavors. Makes a great topping for any Mexican dish or for dip with tortilla chips.
6 Roma tomatoes
1/2 large white onion
2 Poblano green peppers or 1 green bell pepper
3 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black ground pepper
Chop, do not blend, tomatoes, onion, and peppers into small chunks. Remove seeds, pits, and stems. Combine tomatoes, onion, and peppers into a bowl and add juice from limes or lemon juice and ground black pepper. Stir with hands until fully combined into salsa mixture. Add salt to taste. Munch with tortilla chips to prove mixture and serve immediately.
