A mexican twist on chicken.

Ingredients
4 Jars Pimento
2 Jars Mushrooms
2 lbs chicken breast
6 cloves Garlic(amount varies to taste)
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. paperika (amount varies to taste)
Instructions
- Use frying pan and simmer boneless chicken in olive oil and sprinkle a lot of paperika.
- In pot, simmer garlic and add mushroom, 1 cub chicken broth, and 4 jars of pimentos.(Add all liquid in the jars)
- Add Chicken into pot and allow to cook for 10min. on low heat.
-serve over rice
