6 oz cubed chicken
3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sweet bell pepper
1/4 cup onion chunks
2 teaspoons oil
1 cup grilled sliced zucchini
Place chicken, pineapple, bell pepper and onion on skewers and brush with oil. Grill until chicken is cooked through and serve with grilled sliced zucchini.
